- Persyaratan Teknis (Technical Skills):
Pengalaman kerja minimal 1–3 tahun sebagai Backend Developer (diutamakan yang memiliki portofolio project Golang yang sudah berjalan).
Menguasai bahasa pemrograman Golang dan framework terkait (seperti Gin, Echo, Fiber, atau Go-Kit).
Memahami konsep database SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) termasuk optimasi query dasar.
Familiar dengan pembuatan arsitektur API (RESTful API), autentikasi (JWT/OAuth), dan middleware.
Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang Git untuk version control.
Berpengalaman containerization dasar (Docker) atau cloud service (AWS/GCP).
- Persyaratan Non-Teknis (Soft Skills):
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik untuk berkolaborasi dalam tim kecil.
