Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Melakukan riset tren modest fashion.
- Membuat konsep, sketsa, technical drawing, dan tech pack produk.
- Menentukan bahan, warna, detail, dan ukuran produk.
- Berkoordinasi dengan Pattern Maker, Product Development, dan tim produksi.
- Melakukan fitting serta evaluasi sampel hingga siap produksi.
- Memastikan desain sesuai identitas brand, kebutuhan pasar, dan target harga.
Kualifikasi
- Akhwat (perempuan) Muslim.
- Wajib salat lima waktu dan mampu membaca Al-Qur’an.
- Minimal D3/S1 Fashion Design, Tata Busana, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di industri fashion/garment.
- Memahami modest fashion, karakter kain, pola, dan teknik jahit.
- Menguasai Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, atau aplikasi sejenis.
- Mampu bekerja sama secara tim maupun individual.
- Kreatif, teliti, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja dengan target.
- Wajib melampirkan portofolio.
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Tasikmalaya.
