Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene of guest rooms and public areas in accordance with hotel standards, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
Make beds, change bed linens, and replace towels and guest amenities.
Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and sanitize all room surfaces.
Replenish room supplies and report any shortages.
Ensure all assigned areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, or any unusual incidents to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Handle housekeeping equipment and cleaning chemicals safely and properly.
Follow hotel policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures at all times.
Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned by the Supervisor
