Qualifications:
Based in Bali.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Villa/Hotel Manager or similar role.
Understand basic knowledge of villa operations (Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Service, Maintenance, Finance, & Purchasing).
Experienced in OTA management, pricing strategy, revenue optimization, budgeting, and forecasting.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in English and Microsoft Office.
Possess a valid Class A & C Driver's License (SIM A & C).
Service-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Description:
Oversee daily villa operations and ensure smooth performance.
Lead and coordinate the operational team.
Maintain excellent guest service and handle guest concerns professionally.
Manage budgeting, purchasing, inventory, and operational costs.
Optimize occupancy, pricing, and revenue performance.
Monitor maintenance and ensure all facilities are well maintained.
Prepare operational and financial reports.
Drive business performance and guest satisfaction through continuous improvement.
