Some of your duties will include:
- SIUL Reporting - Antasena System
Perform preparation and submission of SIUL (Sistem lnformasi Utang Luar Negeri) reports through the Antasena system on a monthly basis in accordance with Bank Indonesia deadlines.
Extract and compile external debt data (loan drawdown, repayment, interest, outstanding balance) from source systems (treasury I accounting records).
Conduct data validation and reconciliation between SIUL reports and internal financial records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Review data mapping (facility, lender, currency, tenor, and transaction type) in Antasena system to ensure compliance with Bl reporting format.
Monitor submission status and ensure successful report upload, including handling revision or rejection from Bank Indonesia.
Maintain supporting documents and working papers for audit trail and regulatory review purposes.
Ensure SIUL are prepared in compliance with prevailing Bank Indonesia regulations and reporting guidelines.
Escalate material discrepancies or data issues to supervisor in a timely manner
- PPE & LLD5 Reporting - Simodis System
Prepare and submit PPE (Posisi Aset dan Liabilitas Luar Negeri) and LLD5 reports via Simodis system on a monthly/quarterly basis.
Compile cross-border financial position data including external assets, liabilities, trade credits, and other financial exposures.
Validate reported balances against general ledger, subledger, and supporting schedules.
Perform reconciliation and variance analysis between current and prior period data to identify discrepancies.
Ensure proper classification of instruments, counterparties, sectors, and currencies in accordance with Bl reporting requirements.
Handle error logs, system validation issues, and resubmission process in Simodis.
Ensure PPE and LLD5 are prepared in compliance with prevailing Bank Indonesia regulations and reporting guidelines.
Monitor regulatory updates and implement necessary changes into reporting processes.
Escalate material discrepancies or data issues to supervisor in a timely manner
-Documentation & Administrative Support
Maintain structured filing (softcopy & hardcopy) for all Bl submissions, supporting documents, and reconciliation workings.
Ensure completeness of documentation for internal audit, external audit, and regulatory inspection.
Prepare internal tracking reports for submission status and outstanding issues.
Support ad-hoc requests related to reporting data and analysis.
What skills and experience do you need?
Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in financial reporting or a similar role.
Strong ability to collect, analyze, validate, and reconcile financial data from multiple sources.
Proficient in using and improving financial reporting systems and tools.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external parties regarding reporting requirements and inquiries.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain reporting records, manage documentation, and ensure timely submission of external reports.
Detail-oriented, able to manage reporting deadlines, and perform additional reporting-related duties as assigned.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
