Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel sales strategy to maximize sales potential and profitability.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance data to identify new opportunities and risks.
Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs for all sales functions and leadership teams.
Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage departments within Sales directorate, including the Retail Operations & Development, Business Development, Sales Operations, Channel and Category Development, and Trade Marketing and Promotion.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of the entire sales force.
Foster a high-performance, results-driven, and collaborative sales culture.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Operations and Finance to ensure seamless execution of sales campaigns, accurate forecasting, and efficient supply chain management.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in Sales Leadership, with at least 5 years at a Director or VP level, preferably within the Retail industry.
Demonstrated success in managing complex multi-channel sales organizations and achieving significant growth targets.
Exceptional strategic thinking, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills.
