Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
Identify and establish relationships with prospective business partners, affiliates, and referral channels.
Expand the company's partnership network by developing and implementing effective acquisition strategies.
Research target markets and identify potential organizations, communities, and businesses that align with the company's growth objectives.
Partner Engagement & Account Management
Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners by providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.
Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure smooth communication and successful partnership execution.
Business Expansion
Generate new business opportunities and contribute to customer acquisition through strategic partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams to develop promotional campaigns, partnership initiatives, and incentive programs that drive partner performance.
Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to recommend new business opportunities and strategic improvements.
Market & Regional Development
Build and strengthen partnership ecosystems across assigned regions and markets.
Represent the company at business meetings, networking events, seminars, and industry conferences to create and expand strategic relationships.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least 1 year of professional experience in Partnership, Business Development, Channel Sales, Affiliate Management, Account Management, or similar roles.
Previous experience within the financial services, fintech, technology, or digital industry will be considered an advantage.

Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
Willing to travel as required for partnership development and business expansion activities.
