Kualifikasi:

1. S1 Psikologi / Manajemen / Hukum

2. Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun di posisi manajerial HRD Perusahaan Manufaktur

3. Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat mengenai Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan

4. Menguasai sistem Payroll, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, dan BPJS Kesehatan

5. Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan (leadership), komunikasi, dan pemecahan masalah (problem solving) yang kuat.

6. Bersedia ditempat di Area Mojokerto-Jawa Timur

Tanggung Jawab:

1. Menyusun Kebijakan HR, GA & K3

2. Mengelola siklus rekrutmen, mulai dari perencanaan, seleksi, hingga orientasi karyawan baru.

3. Mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan dan merancang program pelatihan/pengembangan

4. Mengelola administrasi personalia, termasuk absensi, payroll, dan benefit karyawan

5. Membangun dan menjaga hubungan industrial yang baik serta budaya kerja yang positif.
