Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account/client servicing roles, preferably within a creative, digital, or advertising agency environment.
- Proven experience in managing multiple clients and leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content production, and integrated campaign execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ownership, leadership, and the ability to independently manage clients and projects.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Basic strategic thinking, including market & audience insights, brand positioning, and communication strategy.
- Experience handling FMCG, automotive, tech, or tourism brands is a strong advantage.
Job Description:
- Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Receive and interpret client briefs, then translate them into clear internal directions.
- Lead cross-functional coordination between creative, social media, KOL, media, production, and other supporting teams.
- Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Prepare quotations, project documents, meeting reports, and other account-related documentation.
- Lead client meetings and presentations for campaign updates, proposals, and project discussions.
- Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with internal teams to prepare evaluation reports and actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and strengthen client partnerships.
- Support communication strategy and campaign development alongside senior management.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior account team members to ensure smooth project execution.
