Develop, implement, and monitor General Affairs policies and procedures to support business operations.
Manage office facilities, building maintenance, utilities.
Oversee office administration, housekeeping, security, transportation, and asset management.
Manage company vehicles, office equipment, and inventory to ensure efficient utilization.
Coordinate office renovations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Control and monitor the General Affairs budget while ensuring cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies
Organize company events, meetings, employee activities, and corporate hospitality arrangements.
Supervise and develop the General Affairs team, including setting objectives and evaluating performance.
Manage corporate licenses and permits, including obtaining, renewing, and maintaining the validity of business licenses such as the Business Identification Number (NIB), OSS registrations, and other operational permits required by government authorities.
Coordinate immigration matters for expatriate employees, including the application, renewal, and cancellation of KITAS, work permits, visas, and other immigration documents, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian immigration regulations.
Build and maintain good relationships with relevant government institutions and regulatory authorities to facilitate licensing, compliance, inspections, and other administrative matters.
Coordinate and support government audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting when required.
Liaise with external legal consultants, immigration agencies, and government offices regarding corporate licensing, compliance, and regulatory matters.
