Job Description:
Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and safe work practices.
Conduct daily Safety Toolbox Meetings and identify workplace hazards.
Ensure work permits, safety signs, and HSE equipment are available and properly maintained.
Prepare HSE reports, including safety activities, incidents, man-days, and weather records.
Promote HSE awareness and provide safety guidance to all personnel.
Recommend preventive and corrective actions to minimize workplace risks.
Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory HSE requirements.
Requirements:
Minimum D4/S1 degree in Public Health, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE/Safety Officer.
Certified Ahli K3 Umum (mandatory).
Good knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and work permit systems.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to communicate in English (written and spoken).
