Job Description:
Supervise field activities for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Fire Protection Systems.
Provide technical guidance to technicians and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Review engineering drawings, work instructions, and project documentation.
Monitor work progress and resolve technical issues through inspection and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
Ensure proper use of manpower, tools, materials, and compliance with HSE requirements.
Support testing, commissioning, final inspections, and project handover.
Requirements:
Minimum S1 in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Technician in M&E projects, preferably Fire Protection Systems.
Strong knowledge of Fire Protection Systems (Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant) and/or Security Systems.
Able to communicate in English.
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Experienced in installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of M&E systems.
Good understanding of HSE practices and PPE.
Good leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation.
Relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
