Position: Technical Consultant (AI-Native, Full-Stack)
Level: Mid–Senior
Experience: 2+ years hands-on development (backend or full-stack)
Location: Remote / Jabodetabek preferred (a plus, not required)
Client Exposure: International automotive clients (client-facing)
Must-Have
2+ years of hands-on experience as a backend or full-stack developer — real coding depth, not just theoretical knowledge
Proficiency in at least one modern backend stack (Node.js/TypeScript, PHP, or equivalent) and ability to work across layers (API, database, basic frontend integration)
Real, practical experience with AI-driven/AI-native development ("vibe coding") — Claude Code, Cursor, or similar — used in actual project work, not just casual experimentation
Strong spoken and written English (mandatory) — will be directly client-facing with international automotive clients
Consultative mindset — proactively frames and solves problems, doesn't just execute assigned tickets
Fast learner / sharp thinker — comfortable operating across domains in a generalist, ambiguous environment
Ownership and autonomy — self-sufficient before escalating to lead
Able to clearly explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
Nice-to-Have
Based in Jabodetabek (a plus for occasional onsite needs/meetings, not a strict requirement)
Prior client-facing or consulting exposure
Automotive industry familiarity
Experience mentoring or unblocking teammates outside own specialty
Basic cloud/DevOps experience (deployment, simple CI/CD)
Build and maintain full-stack applications (backend + frontend integration) for client needs
Use AI coding tools deliberately as part of daily workflow — not just generating code, but verifying, exercising judgment, and owning the outcome
Serve as the technical point of contact for international automotive clients — meetings, solution presentations, and technical Q&A in English
Translate ambiguous client requirements into clear technical solutions
Catch bugs/issues that pass tests but could break in production — verify rather than rely solely on AI output
Collaborate cross-squad and help unblock teammates when needed
