Job Description
Responsibilites:
- Develop the event/activation brief provided by the brand PIC to ensure it is more measurable and executable. Conduct survey visits if necessary.
- Create a complete BOQ and obtain approval from the Brand PIC, then collaborate with purchasing to secure vendors
- Conduct market visits to explore ideas, learn strategies, and stay up-to-date with trends and the market
- Collaborate with the other team, such as marketing team, channel management, operations, and data support team to prepare event, sales and document needed
- Collaborate closely with vendors to prepare event requirements, from loading and unloading to execution at the event
- Evaluate and create reports on campaigns and projects, and take PROs for future implementation and improvement
- Ensure all report files and event photos are stored neatly, up to date, and easily accessible
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years of handling event and exhibitions
- Excellent communication team to collaborate with all other team to ensure the event/exhibitions running smooth
- Understand pricing and materials equipment and tools for event and exhibition, able to choose the optimal material
- Good teamwork
- Willing to work be placed at Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta
