Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable AI Trainer to conduct hands-on training programs for employees in the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical AI tools and practical banking operations, empowering staff to confidently use AI tools for productivity, customer service, compliance, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on AI tools, Generative AI (like ChatGPT), RPA, analytics dashboards, and industry-specific use cases.
  • Customize AI education modules for departments such as retail banking, risk and compliance, customer service, operations, and loan departments.
  • Demonstrate real-world AI applications in banking: customer query handling, KYC automation, document summarization, fraud alerts, lead generation, etc.
  • Provide hands-on exercises and interactive workshops using actual tools or simulated environments.
  • Train employees on ethical AI usage, prompt engineering, data sensitivity, and compliance requirements.
  • Gather feedback and continually improve training materials to meet evolving employee skill levels.
  • Create quick reference guides, video tutorials, and post-training support materials.
  • Collaborate with internal IT, digital transformation, and HR departments to schedule and manage training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/Tech training, corporate learning, or L&D roles (preferably in BFSI).
  • Deep understanding of AI use cases in banking operations.
  • Experience with tools like ChatGPT, Bard, Copilot, Notion AI, RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate), and visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience training teams in BFSI, NBFC, or Fintech domains.
