Job description:

Honest and loyal person.

Must have good level of English language.

Clear understanding about Ethics, Integrity, Avoidance of Conflict of interests.

Highly motivated, team worker, hard worker, can work under pressure and can deal with out-of-hours problems.

The job location is in CIBITUNG area (Bekasi).

Minimum education of degree in Engineering or Supply chain, or closely related areas.

Issue Purchasing Orders to suppliers.

Follow up with suppliers to make sure deliveries are on time.

Analysis of opportunities for cost reduction through procurement activities, Offline and Online.

Must be able to conduct market research, including price analysis, quality levels, delivery times, helping to find the best suppliers.

Experient in evaluate multiple offers and choosing the right vendor (negotiate competitive prices, and assess vendor reputations based on product quality, delivery reliability, and compliance).

Manage day-to-day procurement activities in full compliance with internal procurement, sourcing, and compliance policies.

Maintain accurate and organized procurement records in accordance with company policy.

Must possess excellent personal organization and administration skills.


Canditate profile:

Honest, loyal, high integrity, and fully understand about confidentiality of data.

Highly motivated, team worker, hard worker, can work under pressure and can deal with out-of-hours problems.

Should have good skills of English language

With good skills in Excel and Microsoft Office

Having minimal 5 years experience in Purchasing.

Have detailed understanding of Procurement processes.

Possess the ability to work efficiently.

Can work under the timelines, whilst maintaining attention to details.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and possess the willingness to learn, improve and adapt.
