Job Purpose
Lead the bespoke travel team in delivering exceptional, personalized travel experiences for high-end clients. Ensure operational excellence, strategic alignment, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
Accountabilities:
Strategy
Develop and implement strategies to enhance bespoke travel offerings and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Leisure Manager to align team goals with company objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor services to maintain a competitive edge.
Identify opportunities for innovation and service differentiation.
Execute
Oversee the planning and execution of complex, customized travel itineraries.
Ensure all client communications, bookings, and service arrangements are handled with precision and professionalism.
Manage team workflows, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure timely delivery.
Resolve operational issues and client concerns swiftly and effectively.
Leadership
Supervise and mentor Bespoke Travel Curators, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Lead by example in client service, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Represent the bespoke travel team in in internal meetings and cross- cross-departmental collaborations and contribute to a positive team culture.
