Position Summary
Drive the comprehensive talent acquisition strategy required to successfully support our business expansion and site launch.
Act as a key project partner, mapping and aligning recruitment milestones.
Own the end-to-end sourcing for specialized leadership, engineering, and support teams, while simultaneously designing and executing high-volume recruitment pipelines for operational personnel.
Responsibilities
Deliver full-cycle recruitment to meet headcount targets in strict alignment with the agreed project timeline and stakeholder expectations.
Provide regular project updates and comprehensive reports, analyzing recruitment performance metrics, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness.
Prepare and coordinate all pre-employment logistics, compliance checks, and onboarding setups to ensure new hires are fully equipped prior to their join date.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 3–5 years of dedicated talent acquisition experience. Direct experience in manufacturing environments, "Greenfield" projects (building a factory/site from scratch), or large-scale, time-sensitive business expansions is highly advantageous.
Proven track record in handling high-volume blue-collar/hourly recruitment pipelines
Demonstrated agility and adaptability in managing fluctuating hiring timelines as project schedules evolve.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia to collaborate effectively across a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders.
