- Work location: 8th Floor, ValueCare Building, #33 San Antonio, Pasig City
- Work schedule: 5 Days a week work shift/shifting schedule (day shift, mid shift or night shift)
- Moving rest days (2 rest days in a week)
- 5 Days training (paid training)/morning shift
- After 5 days training, Shadowing for 2 weeks will be a rotating shift for 2 weeks.
Job Summary: We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support Healthcare/Medical Assistance accounts. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting members, providers, and clients with inquiries, coordinating healthcare services, and ensuring excellent customer experience.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferred or has a 3rd year college level health allied course.
- At least 1 year of Customer Service experience, preferably in a healthcare, medical, HMO, insurance, or BPO environment.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
