We're looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Healthcare Account Specialists. In this role, you'll be the trusted point of contact for members, patients, and healthcare providers, delivering exceptional service while ensuring every interaction is handled with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
Whether you're answering benefit inquiries, assisting with claims, or helping customers navigate their healthcare coverage, your work will have a meaningful impact on people's lives.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support through phone, chat, or email.
- Assist members with healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and coverage inquiries.
- Explain healthcare plans, policies, and procedures in a clear and easy-to-understand manner.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
What We're Looking For
- College graduate with or without experience
- college undergrad with atleast 6 months of experience
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Previous customer service or healthcare experience is an advantage but not required.
