Key Responsibilities
Provide consultation, education, and training to clients on the safe and effective use of aesthetic devices.
Support the sales team during presentations and meetings by delivering relevant medical and clinical explanations.
Design and deliver comprehensive clinical training programs to ensure clients can confidently operate the devices.
Develop, update, and adapt educational materials and user guidelines to support both sales teams and clients.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetics and medical technology to enhance training quality and client experience.
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in the medical/aesthetic industry or in a similar clinical role.
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a medical field (Nursing) or non-medical field (Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related major).
Discipline & Detail-oriented
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proactive, customer-focused, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
