We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and data-driven Brand Manager to lead the growth of our brand. Job Description

  • Develop and execute integrated brand and marketing strategies based on consumer insights, market trends, and business objectives.

  • Develop and strengthen brand positioning, communication strategies, and key messaging to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

  • Manage large-scale KOL and influencer marketing programs to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, and Commercial teams to deliver impactful and consumer-centric campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize marketing performance across marketplaces, social commerce, and digital advertising channels.
  • Analyze campaign results, marketplace metrics, consumer behavior, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal ROI and achievement of business KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and align team members to execute brand initiatives and achieve company objectives.
  • Stay up to date with beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and emerging marketing opportunities.


Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Growth Marketing within the Beauty, Personal Care, Skincare, or FMCG industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand campaigns that drive both awareness and business growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, social commerce, and marketplace ecosystems (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, etc.).
  • Experience managing KOL, influencer marketing, and community engagement initiatives within the beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data, consumer insights, and marketplace performance into effective business strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Strong aesthetic sense and deep understanding of beauty trends, consumer behavior, and content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness through ROI and KPI analysis.
  • Highly proactive, target-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
