We are seeking a Finance Staff (Temporary) to support Treasury, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions during a maternity leave period. The successful candidate will ensure smooth daily financial operations, accurate transaction processing, and timely reporting while maintaining compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Treasury
Monitor daily cash position and bank balances.
Prepare and process fund transfers and payment transactions.
Perform daily bank reconciliation.
Maintain accurate cash flow records.
Coordinate with banks regarding routine banking transactions.
Accounts Payable (AP)
Verify invoices and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.
Process vendor payments in accordance with payment terms.
Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain proper filing of AP documents.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Issue customer invoices and supporting documents.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
Record incoming payments accurately.
Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare AR aging reports.
General Finance
Prepare journal entries and maintain accounting records.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in preparing financial reports and audit documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Support other finance and accounting activities as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Treasury, AP, AR, or Finance operations.
Fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, basic formulas).
Experience with ERP or accounting software is an advantage.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
