Menyelesaikan kendala pesanan: pengiriman tertunda, retur, refund, dan produk tidak sesuai

Membantu proses packing dan pengecekan barang di gudang saat dibutuhkan

Memastikan rating toko dan kepuasan pelanggan terjaga

Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang dan tim e-commerce untuk kelancaran fulfillment

Kualifikasi

Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman di posisi customer service, lebih disukai di e-commerce atau retail

Terbiasa handle chat volume tinggi dengan respons cepat dan bahasa yang sopan

Familiar dengan platform marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)

Sabar, teliti, dan tidak mudah panik saat menghadapi komplain

Tinggal di area Jakarta barat atau sekitarnya
