Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Shopee and Lazada stores for the Singapore market, ensuring listings, orders, and store health run smoothly.
- Create, upload, and optimise product listings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong visibility on platforms.
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and bundles in coordination with Singapore HQ.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Track inventory levels, fast-moving SKUs, and coordinate replenishment with the Singapore fulfilment team.
- Handle customer enquiries, reviews, and basic dispute cases in English, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Liaise with platform account managers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational or performance issues.
- Support Shopify store operations, including product uploads and basic store management (when required).
Qualification
- Based in Indonesia
- Experience managing Shopee and/or Lazada stores
- Familiar with Seller Centre tools and daily marketplace operations
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Able to work with sales data, reports, and performance tracking
- Good written English for customer communication and platform coordination
- Able to work remotely with working hours aligned to Singapore time (GMT+8)
- Experience handling licensed brands or toys (Good to have)
- Experience managing or supporting a Shopify store (Good to have)
- Familiarity with the Singapore e-commerce market and customer behaviour (Good to have)
