GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERVISOR

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise daily General Affair operations, including office administration, building maintenance, housekeeping, security, transportation, and company facilities.

  • Ensure company buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and supporting facilities are properly maintained and operational.

  • Manage company assets, including inventory control, asset registration, maintenance schedules, and periodic asset verification.

  • Coordinate procurement of office supplies, operational equipment, and General Affair service requirements.

  • Supervise third-party vendors and service providers, including cleaning services, security, transportation, catering, landscaping, and waste management.

  • Monitor General Affair operational budgets and control expenditures in accordance with approved budgets.

  • Coordinate company vehicle management, including maintenance schedules, insurance, licensing, fuel consumption, and driver administration.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and licensing requirements related to General Affairs.

  • Support company events, official meetings, business visits, and accommodation arrangements for management and guests.

  • Coordinate emergency response activities related to facilities and General Affair operations.

  • Prepare periodic reports on General Affair activities, asset utilization, maintenance status, and operational costs.

  • Lead, supervise, coach, and evaluate General Affair staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

  • Implement and monitor 5S/5R, housekeeping standards, and workplace safety within General Affair areas.

  • Collaborate with HR, Maintenance, HSE, Purchasing, and other departments to support smooth plant operations.

  • Perform other duties assigned by the HRGA Manager or Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, Facilities Management, or Administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a manufacturing company.

  • Strong knowledge of General Affair operations, facility management, company asset management, and office administration.

  • Experience managing company buildings, utilities, vehicles, dormitories (if applicable), and operational facilities.

  • Experience supervising third-party vendors and service contracts.

  • Good understanding of procurement processes, inventory management, and budget control.

  • Familiar with company licensing, operational permits, and government compliance related to General Affairs.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience using ERP systems is an advantage.

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and team management skills.

  • Able to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

  • Honest, disciplined, proactive, and service-oriented.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, 5S/5R, and HSE practices will be an advantage.

  • Willing to be placed in Terbanggi Besar, Lampung Tengah.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Experience managing company housing/mess, canteen, fleet management, and operational support services.

  • Familiar with PBG/SLF, environmental permits, waste management, utility management (electricity, water, generators), and local government coordination.

  • Experience preparing GA budgets, KPI monitoring, vendor evaluations, and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Possess a valid SIM A and willing to travel for company operational needs.
