Position Summary

As a network Public Adjuster, you will handle property claims assigned through the Coastal Adjuster Network. You’ll operate under your own license and appointment while following Coastal’s protocol to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for policyholders. This is a high-performance, independence-preserving opportunity for experienced public adjusters seeking reliable volume without sacrificing their autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle assigned claims in your licensed territory, following Coastal's workflow and standards
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with clients, contractors, and Coastal team members
  • Submit documentation and reporting through our management system
  • Meet performance benchmarks to earn additional claim assignments
  • Represent Coastal with professionalism, integrity, and adherence to ethical standards

Qualifications

  • Active public adjuster license in at least one U.S. state
  • Proven experience handling property insurance claims (residential and/or commercial)
  • Strong documentation and client communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow standardized processes
  • Proficiency with claims management software and mobile tools
