Customer Service Representative (CSR) – BPO | Quezon City | Up to ?30,000
Work Locations: Eastwood, Cubao, Quezon Avenue, UP Technohub, Commonwealth, North EDSA, and other Quezon City sites.
Salary: Up to ?30,000 (Depending on qualifications and experience)
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Day Shift, Mid Shift, Night Shift, and Rotating Shifts Available
Hiring: Ongoing | Multiple Openings
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns.
- Process requests and maintain customer records.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance metrics.
- Follow company policies and account-specific procedures.
Qualifications
- Open to fresh graduates, career shifters, and applicants with or without BPO experience.
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Customer-focused, dependable, and eager to learn.
