Customer Service Representative (CSR) – BPO | Makati | Up to ?30,000
Location: Makati City
Salary: Up to ?30,000 (Depending on experience)
Work Setup: Onsite
Schedule: Multiple shifts available (Day, Mid, and Night Shift)
Hiring: Ongoing | Multiple Openings
Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
Qualifications
- Open to candidates with no BPO experience as well as experienced Customer Service Representatives.
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), Senior High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite in Makati.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
