Responsibilities:
- Manage employer accounts and new business portfolios.
- Process pension transactions, including contributions, claims, withdrawals, fund switching, and account alterations.
- Review and analyze newly assigned pension plans.
- Ensure pension administration activities comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Verify and monitor member and client transaction submissions for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain pension administration records.
- Support audit resolution activities (GIA & OJK).
- Provide UAT support for Pension and COAST Syariah systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of member data.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pension operations or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of pension regulations and administration processes.
- Certified in Pension Administration (Mandatory)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
