What You'll Do
Participate in a structured internship program to understand the Life Insurance products, services and industry regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company targets.
Collaborate with the business analyst team to create promotional material and campaign/contest.
Engage with Business Partners and Leaders to understand their needs and present suitable support and development needed.
Participate in special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience.
Who We're Looking For
Fresh graduate or maximum 2 year of working experience.
Bachelor's degree (S1) from a reputable university, any major (minimum GPA 3.00).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with high drive for achievement.
Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable with target-driven environments.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English.
