Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for clients, from sourcing to onboarding
Source and screen candidates through interviews, and present suitable profiles to clients
Assist clients throughout the recruitment and cooperation process
Maintain relationships with candidates, including post-placement follow-up
Build and develop talent pipelines through networking and market mapping
Learn and support business development activities, including acquiring and maintaining clients
Requirements:
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Fluent in English (both speaking and writing), fluent in Mandarin is a plus
Passionate about recruitment, talent acquisition, and business development (sales)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A good team player with strong interpersonal skills
Sales-driven, resilient, and able to work under pressure
Friendly, outgoing, and proactive personality
Eager to learn, grow, and develop a long-term career
