We are hiring a Graduate AI Automation Consultant to join Sonigo in a junior, learning-focused role.
This opportunity is ideal for someone ambitious, curious, practical, and excited about AI, automation, business systems, and client problem-solving. You do not need years of professional experience. We are more interested in intelligence, curiosity, accountability, communication skills, practical problem-solving ability, and genuine enthusiasm for AI and automation.
This is not a traditional graduate scheme. You will learn by doing, work closely with the founder, and help solve real business problems for real clients.

Responsibilities
- Build and configure AI agents for client use cases
- Design and build automations in n8n and GoHighLevel
- Help build and manage agentic workflows using tools and frameworks such as Hermes and OpenClaw/OpenClew
- Connect systems and APIs, including CRMs, marketing tools, and internal databases
- Work hands-on with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, and other model providers
- Build dashboards and reporting for client accounts
- Sit in on client calls and help identify automation opportunities
- Test, debug, and optimise AI systems already in production
- Learn prompt engineering, workflow automation, and process design directly from the founder
