Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Material Handling: Moving, stacking, and organizing materials like panels, tools, and equipment for facade installation.
- Cleaning: Preparing surfaces by cleaning panels and joints before installation, including applying primer.
- Assisting with Installation: Under supervision, helping with the physical aspects of installing facade elements like curtain walling, cladding, and windows.
- Site Preparation: Clearing and preparing the work area, ensuring it is safe and organized.
- Scaffolding: With supervision, may be involved in erecting and dismantling scaffolding set up

Minimum Qualifications:
1.Elementary Graduates
2. Good Character.
3. Trainable
4. Barangay and NBI Clearance.
Education:
- Elementary/ Primary school (Preferred)
Experience:
- Helper / Tradesman: 1 year (Preferred)
- Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
- Aluminum / Glasses Facade: 1 year (Preferred)
