Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
  • With at least 1-3 years of experience in the Accounting field
  • Know how to use Excel (Macro)
  • Must have a bookkeeping and financial accounting skills.
  • Problem-solving skills are necessary.

Job Description:

  • Handles Accounts Payable (AR) for Local Suppliers and Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Prepares Account Payable Vouchers, Check, Check Vouchers, Payment Details for Local Suppliers, Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Professionals, and Other Payables of the Company.
  • Furnishes corresponding BIR Form 2307 for taxes withheld at source.
  • Prepares monthly report for expanded withholding tax.
  • Handles payment collection of local suppliers every Friday.
  • Summarizes monthly sales invoices into the aging report and files delivery receipts.
  • Monitor and Prepare monthly Cash Disbursement Book- Cash Receipt Book (CDB-CRB).
  • Prepare and monitor debit and credit memos to customers/suppliers.
  • Checks and summarizes monthly delivery receipts and sales invoices
  • Monitor paid and unpaid invoices
  • Issue Collection Receipt
  • Issue Official/Acknowledgement Receipt for all deposits made aside from sales remittances
  • Prepares Collection Receipt and collects BIR Form 2307 for all remittances from customers.
  • Prepares Official Receipts for all deposits made aside from Sales Remittances.
  • Summarizes Trading Sales and Purchases for Ending Inventory Calculation.
  • Handles BIR Form 2307 for all remittances from customers
  • Assist in the preparation of schedules for interim and annual audits.
  • Participates in interim and annual inventory counts.
  • Perform any other related duties required by the superior[s].
