Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken (at least passive proficiency).
• Strong understanding of Indonesian civil and criminal law.
• Excellent negotiation, contract drafting, and legal analysis skills.
• Holder of an Advocate License (PERADI) or having passed the Advocate Professional Examination is an advantage.
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Placement in PIK, North Jakarta.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and support to management on business decisions while identifying and mitigating legal risks.
• Draft, review, and analyze contracts, legal documents, corporate agreements, and company legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and other legal matters related to the company's business activities.
• Handle litigation and non-litigation matters on behalf of the company.
• Coordinate with external parties, including legal counsels, law firms, and notaries.
• Maintain and organize legal documentation and records.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide legal support for business operations.
• Represent the company, under a valid Power of Attorney, in civil and criminal legal proceedings, both in and out of court, and provide regular case updates to management.
