About the Company:
Maleena Coffee Roasters is a fast-growing coffee company dedicated to delivering the finest quality of locally sourced coffee beans. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Finance, Accounting & Tax Assistant Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with PSAK
2. Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance
3. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
4. Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting and compliance (VAT, Income Tax, e-SPT, e-Faktur, etc.)
5. Conduct internal audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants
6. Supervise day-to-day accounting operations and transactions
7. Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
8. Lead and develop the finance & accounting team
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably as Supervisor or Assistant Manager)
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK
4. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal, or others)
5. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
6. Excellent leadership and communication skills
7. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willing to be placed in Menteng, Central Jakarta
