Responsibilities:
1.Community Engagement & Sports Activation
Map Out, approach and build strong partnerships with local (Bali) and national sports communities (running, cycling, yoga, surfing, fitness, crossfit, etc).
Act as the main ambassador and community builder to make Discovery Mall the ultimate lifestyle & sports hub in Bali
2.Event & Traffic Generation
Concept, organize and execute high-impact sports events, weekly community workouts and wellness activation
Drive massive weekend and weekday foot traffic to the mall through continuous community gatherings
3.Commercial Support & Brand Collaboration
Leverage sports Community presence to make the mall attractive for world-class sports & lifestyle brands (potential tenants/investors)
Collaborate with internal marketing and leasing teams to pitch collaboration opportunities to potential tenants
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Community Manager, Event Managemet, Hospitality or Sports Lifestyle Marketing (supervisor to assistant manager level)
Network: having a strong, active network and personal interest in sports, wellness and fitness communities (especially in Sport) is a massive advantage
Skills: Strong communication, presentation and networking skills, energetic, creative and target-oriented in driving foot traffic
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (marketing, business, public relations, or sport science are welcome
