- Accounting graduate (CPA is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Competent in using accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, Quickbooks, and Receipt Bank (is a plus)
- Has good Australian bookkeeping experience of 2 years or more (with Hubdoc experience)
- Knows how to prepare simple and complex Business Activity Statements
- Has good experience in reconciling GST, ATO ICA, ATO ITA, PAYGW, Wages Accounts
- Demonstrate ability to be self-directed, resourceful, and creative in performing job duties individually or in a team
- Demonstrate ability to identify and resolve problems and follow through on assignments
- Good working knowledge of Australian Tax Laws and payroll (is a plus)
- Understanding of Existing Statutory Regulations
- Knowledgeable of Accepted Accounting Practices and Principles
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Work Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7am to 4pm
- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, reconciliations, and payroll
- Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with Australian tax and accounting standards
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for all financial transactions
- Assist with BAS preparation and lodgment
- Collaborate with our finance team to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Assist clients with their inquiries and provide support as needed
- Enhances job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities, staying current with professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in relevant professional organizations, as permitted by Lockforce International Inc.
