Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, events, and partnerships
- Schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Client Consultation
- Understand client business challenges and operational requirements
- Conduct solution discovery sessions
- Recommend suitable Hivelabs products and services
- Coordinate with technical consultants for solution presentations
- Sales Process Management
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations
- Present software demonstrations and solution overviews
- Manage negotiations and close sales opportunities
- Follow up prospects throughout the buying process
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Account Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Coordinate project handover to the implementation team
- Ensure customer satisfaction after project delivery
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends
- Understand competitor offerings
