Job desk :
- Menangani pertanyaan customer dari facebook, whatsapp, instagram, tiktok, website form dan sosial media lain nya.
- Mencatat data customer (nama, kontak, lokasi, industri, material, kebutuhan pembelian)
- Melakukan klasifikasi awal untuk menentukan apakah customer termasuk customer potensial.
- Memberikan data customer potensial kepada team Sales.
- Memastikan customer potensial yang di berikan ke team Sales sudah di Follow up.
- Membuat rekap data harian customer service.
Requirement :
- Aktif berbahasa Inggris, bisa bahasa Mandarin menjadi nilai tambah.
- Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, shift pagi dan shift malam.
- Pengalaman di posisi Customer Service, Sales Assistant, atau Customer Support minimal 2 tahun.
- Familiar dengan sosial media platform.
- Terbiasa menggunakan excel, google sheets dan sistem CRM.
- Teliti dan rapih dalam membuat laporan.
