Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production operations (manufacturing, filling, packing, etc).
Manage production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet targets.
Ensure all production processes are performed according to approved SOPs, Master Batch Records, and Work Instructions.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and hygiene standards in production operations.
Ensure proper line clearance, material verification, and status labeling before and during production.
Ensure implementation of GMP and GDP in all production records.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacyst/Apothecary, other related education
Minimum 2 years of experience in Production Management or related areas.
Experience in process optimization, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing principles.
Knowledge of HACCP will be a plus.
Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Willing to relocate within Southeast Asia.
