- Provide administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects across departments.
- Schedule project meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Organize and maintain project files, plans, and documentation.
- Monitor progress against project milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the Project Manager.
- Help allocate personnel and manage materials for project needs.
- Act as the first point of contact for the client representative on-site, and report their inquiries and concerns on time to the Operations management.
Qualifications
- Graduate of B.S. Engineering or any 4-year course
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office o Google Sheets o Google Docs
