Location: Onsite – Client’s Premise, Sucat, Parañaque

What You’ll Do
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, canvassing, purchase order processing, and supplier coordination.
- Ensure timely purchasing and delivery of materials, supplies, and services based on operational requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to support smooth day-to-day operations.
- Monitor purchase requests, delivery schedules, and supplier performance.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Assist in negotiating pricing, payment terms, and delivery arrangements with suppliers.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations is required.
- Familiarity with procurement processes, purchasing workflows, and procurement-related terms and documentation.
- Experience handling supplier coordination, purchase orders, and vendor management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or procurement systems is an advantage.
