About the Role

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer who can own work end-to-end — from backend architecture to frontend delivery. You're comfortable moving between languages and tech stacks as project needs evolve, you care about the quality of what you ship, and you know how to collaborate well within a structured team.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end application features (backend and frontend).

Design and optimize database schemas and queries for both relational (PostgreSQL) and document-based (MongoDB) systems.

Build and consume RESTful APIs (or gRPC/GraphQL where relevant) — secure, well-documented.

Write clean, testable, maintainable code with unit and integration test coverage.

•       Participate in code reviews, collaborate via Git, and uphold team coding standards.

•       Join sprint planning, estimation, and progress reporting (Scrum/Kanban).

•       Debug, monitor, and resolve issues across staging and production environments.

•       Work closely with product and design teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements

•       3–5 years of experience as a fullstack or backend developer.

•       Familiar with Git workflows: branching, pull requests, code review.

•       Understanding of API design principles, authentication/authorization, and basic web security.

•       Comfortable working in a structured project management environment (sprints, backlog, estimation).

•       Strong communicator, collaborative, and genuinely passionate about building good products.

•       Based in or willing to relocate to the Batu–Malang area.

Nice to Have

•       Experience with or interest in Rust.

•       Domain knowledge in fintech (payments, ledger, reconciliation, compliance, transaction security).

•       Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (AWS / GCP).

•       Familiarity with message queues, caching (Redis), or microservices architecture.

•       Experience with automated testing and observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
