About the Role

As an Account Advisor (Closer), you'll be the trusted guide for small business owners who are actively looking for strategic financial support. These are warm, qualified leads—businesses that already know they need help and are eager to speak with someone who understands their challenges and can point them toward solutions.

Your role is to lead powerful discovery calls, help potential clients uncover what’s holding them back, and enroll them into our high-impact CFO, accounting, and advisory services. You’ll do this using a heart-centered, ethical sales approach—no pressure, no gimmicks, just real conversations that lead to meaningful outcomes.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Connect with qualified leads who are already booked into your calendar by our appointment setters
  • Lead 1-on-1 discovery and decision calls with small business owners
  • Guide prospects through a clear, value-based sales process focused on impact, not pressure
  • Collaborate with our internal team to ensure smooth client handoff and onboarding
  • Keep CRM records and daily sales activity updated and accurate
  • Attend weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions to improve skills and close rates
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with integrity and consistency

What You Need to Succeed

  • 2+ years of experience in consultative or high-ticket sales (experience selling professional services is a plus)
  • A love for working with entrepreneurs and understanding their challenges
  • You’ve read (or are familiar with) Profit First, Built to Sell, or Traction
  • You’re an excellent communicator who knows how to listen and lead conversations
  • You thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment with structure and accountability
  • You’re coachable, growth-oriented, and hungry to improve
  • You can follow a proven system and bring your own authentic voice to it
  • You believe in ethical sales and would never push someone into a decision that’s not right for them

Our Recruitment Process
