Job Purpose
The Photo & Videographer is responsible for producing high-quality visual content that supports marketing, branding, advertising, e-commerce, and social media initiatives. This role oversees the end-to-end production process—from planning, shooting, and editing to delivering engaging photo and video content—while maintaining premium visual standards, brand consistency, and timely execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Production
Produce, shoot, and edit a minimum of 4 short-form videos per day for TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid advertisements, and other digital platforms.
Develop photo and video content for product launches, promotional campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and social media.
Ensure all deliverables meet campaign objectives, deadlines, and quality standards.
2. Photography & Visual Creation
Capture high-quality product, lifestyle, and marketing photography.
Create premium visual assets that support branding, advertising, and e-commerce activities.
Provide creative visual support for cross-functional marketing initiatives.
3. Creative Execution
Apply strong cinematography principles including composition, lighting, camera movement, framing, and visual storytelling.
Execute creative concepts that align with brand identity and campaign direction.
4. Production Equipment & Studio Management
Operate and maintain cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and production accessories.
Prepare shooting environments efficiently while ensuring all equipment remains production-ready.
5. Editing & Post-Production
Perform video editing, color correction, audio adjustment, and basic photo retouching.
Deliver optimized content for social media and digital advertising with fast turnaround times.
6. Brand Quality & Collaboration
Maintain brand consistency and professional quality across all visual content.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Content, Video Editing, and Livestream teams to execute campaigns and generate creative ideas.
7. Asset Management & Continuous Improvement
Organize, archive, and back up production assets including raw footage, edited content, photography, and campaign files.
Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and creative best practices to continuously improve engagement and campaign performance.
Qualifications
1. a or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia, Film, Photography, Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Videographer, Photographer, Content Creator, or similar creative role.
3. Experience in Beauty, FMCG, Retail, or Lifestyle industries is preferred.
4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
5. Proficient in operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and production tools.
6. Strong understanding of photography, videography, lighting, composition, camera settings, and cinematic shooting techniques.
7. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, or equivalent editing software.
8. Creative with a strong visual aesthetic and storytelling ability.
9. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
11. Adaptable, proactive, and responsive to changing trends and campaign requirements.
