Livestream Host Recruitment Requirements
1. Basic Requirements
- Age: 18–30 years old
- Good appearance and strong on-camera presence
- Clear pronunciation and strong communication skills
- Outgoing personality, good at interacting and engaging with the audience
- Preferably non Hijab
- Able to come on night shift (5 pm - 12 pm)
2. Skills
- Strong communication and quick response abilities
- Able to host livestreams for extended periods (6 hours)
- Able to create an active livestream atmosphere and encourage audience interaction and purchases
- Basic sales ability and strong presentation skills
3. Experience
Previous livestreaming experience preferred (e-commerce livestreaming, entertainment livestreaming, etc.)
Experience in short-video creation or content production is a plus
Familiar with livestream platform rules
4. Work Attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
- Able to work flexible schedules, including evening livestreams
- Quick learner and willing to participate in training
5. Preferred Qualifications
- Sales or retail experience
- Existing fan base or social media account management experience
- English language ability
