  2. Mengelola MPP seluruh cabang
  3. Mengawasi proses walk-in interview & hiring funnel
  4. Mengelola dan memastikan proses payroll berjalan akurat & tepat waktu
  5. Mengontrol perhitungan:
  6. Gaji, lembur, insentif mekanik
  7. Potongan (absensi, BPJS, pajak)
  8. Mengelola training & onboarding karyawan baru
  9. Menangani hubungan industrial & kedisiplinan karyawan
  10. Menyusun laporan HR: Payroll cost, Turnover, Produktivitas
