  1. Analyze production capacity, manpower, machines, and material requirements

  3. Analyze production costs and drive improvement programs (Kaizen, OEE, cycle time)

  4. Guide, monitor, train, and lead Supervisors, Leaders, and Operators

  5. Ensure compliance with K3, safety regulations, and medical device standards

  6. Ensure accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly production reports


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field

  2. Minimum 5 years of managerial experience

  3. Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing implementation

  4. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

  5. Fluent in English (spoken & written)

  6. Located in Kopo Katapang (Kabupaten Bandung)
